Program Description

Sweat45 is a cardio focused 45-minute session of high intensity interval training. In this class, we combine a variety of training techniques to create an exhilarating and effective training experience. Our coaches will guide you through a series of heart-pumping routines that will boost your stamina, push your limits and leave you feeling accomplished.
